With 10 years in the business and a lifetime living in Guelph, David offers a wealth of knowledge surrounding the real estate process and the Guelph community. He has an extensive network of professionals in the real estate business and can recommend individuals of high integrity and respectability.
In addition to supporting and donating to various organizations, David sits on the board for Chalmers Community Services Centre, a community that strives to give food, clothing and other resources for vulnerable populations in Guelph.

Stephen Brugma, Sales Representative

Born and raised in Guelph, Stephen knows this great city. After a degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Guelph, Stephen then worked all over the world including Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa, giving him that extra advantage of understanding a diverse multicultural community, which makes Guelph so unique.
In addition to Stephen being a Realtor, for the last 17 years he has been a Guelph homeowner and an investment property owner. Stephen has experience in the buying and selling a real estate from both perspectives and gives that personal touch while providing top quality professional service.
